Ever since I made my video showing off the Nyko Power Shot, it seems the #1 question has been, “Where’d ya get it!?”. I’m not sure if it’s easy to find in store at this point in time, but I can tell you Buy.Com has it on sale right now for $12! This is a very good price for a light gun adapter that I honestly think might be slightly better than the Wii Zapper. In case you missed it, here’s my video review:

Amazon has Super Smash Bros Brawl for the Wii on sale right now for $26 but it’s not going to last long. They are actually doing an all day Nintendo Gold Box special so keep checking this page here for more Wii and DS deals. If you don’t own SSBB what are you doing reading this? Click on over and pick it up while it’s cheap!

Now this is a good deal on a great game. GameFly has NiGHTS: Journey of Dreams for the Wii on sale for $15 right now. The game is used but GameFly has a great track record of taking care of their disks and ensuring what you get works. You also get the manual and box so if you don’t mind not being able to take off the plastic wrapper, it’s a great buy. I’m ordering 2 of them just for the heck of it.

Ok so you’ve got the Wii Zapper and a few good games that use it quite well and you’re thinking to yourself, “Self.. I am having too much fun with games like Resident Evil 4 and House of the Dead, what I need is a shooting game that has about a 1.5 star rating from Amazon to help me enjoy these games even more. And hopefully for around $15.” If this sounds familiar, boy have we got the deal for YOU! Check it out, Amazon has Target: Terror on sale for a measly $16 and it’s sure to fill that need for a craptacular shooter for the Wii.
Let’s take a look at some of these personal reviews from Amazon to see if they can entice you!
Major graphical problems, horrible hit detection, HORRID IR pointing all equaled me taking the game back a week after I purchased it. I would have thrown it in a fire if I would not have received 15 dollars towards Mario Kart Wii.
I was under the impression that all shooting games were fun, until I played target terror. I own Resident Evil UC, Ghost Squad, and House of the Dead Return and they are all fun. Target Terror, on the other hand is terrible.
(Target: Terror? More like “Target: Terrible” am I right??)
Sometimes the game doesn’t recognize a few shots here and there, and the thing slows down to a crawl every time the screen gets “busy”. Almost impossible to play two players. Through about half of every level the game will just dump enemies onto the screen, sometimes 6 or more at a time. You pretty much just have to decide which few you want to kill before getting hit yourself a few times. I like a challenge, but it gets rediculous. After a few levels, it’s not even fun anymore because there are plenty of times there is just no possible way to kill everyone on the screen without getting hit several times.
Sounds challenging! I’m going to have to pass on this title, even at $16, but in case any of you are just into seeing trainwrecks of video games, well, here ya go.

This is an incredible deal for a great, great game. No, it’s not the Wii version which would be just stunning at this price, but it is the GameCube version which was still loads of fun and overall a great game. Amazon has it right now for $12 freakin’ bucks. Get it while it’s on sale as it may be the best $12 you’ve spent in the past 4 years.

Amazon reviewers have given it 4.5 stars out of 5 which is about right.

There are now no more reasons to not buy No More Heroes as Amazon has lowered its price to $30. Get it while its on sale as it may not last long.

I must forewarn you - this game didn’t exactly “blow up the spot” when it comes to professional reviews (4.5 ouch) and even the community reviewers over at Amazon gave it 1.5 stars, BUT! If you’re a wrestle-maniac like I know I used to be, you might be interested in WWE Smackdown vs Raw 2008 for only $25 from Amazon.
This reader/reviewer over at Amazon gives the game a greedy 2 stars and had this to say:
This is one of the worst games I have ever played. I was forced to go back to my PS2 to play the 2007 versions. You do the same move over and over and over, and over again. The moves are not explained very well in the manual and create mode was terrible. You are not able to preview the movie, entrance song, and entrance move set.
Don’t buy this game, you will regret it.
I bolded that last statement but have to ask, what if it’s only 25 buckazoids!? I suppose at no matter the cost, you’ll still be doing the same moves over and over and over while possibly frantically waving your arms around in desperate attempts to pull off a Tommy Two Timer or maybe the Jackhammer Suplex. I don’t even know if those are real wrestling moves but I do know I’m not making any commission off the sale of this game at Amazon so buy it at your own risk.
It’s a Wii game, it’s on sale, and that’s about the only props I can afford to give it. Does anyone happen to have any direct experience with the game and want to chime in?

IGN liked it and gave it an 8.4 in their review and even GameSpot gave it a respectable 8.0 and now you can grab MLB Power Pros baseball from Amazon for a mere $20. Not too shabby! Use the link above to purchase it from Amazon and you’d best hurry up before the deal is gone!
Here’s a video of the game in action:
