On the wii sports for your bowling training theres a trick i discovered on the power throw bowling.Wait til you get to the last pin set up which is the 91 pin frame.Try and get your ball to roll down the right rail or left dont matter. When you make it all the way down the rail without the ball falling, you will hear a loud explosion and than all your pins will shake and fall.
