Here’s the press release for Logitech’s Cordless Keyboard for the Wii and I can speak from first hand experience that having a keyboard for your console GREATLY increases your ability to type messages. I picked up the Bluetooth keyboard for the PS3 and love it. This one for the Wii will take up a USB port, but it’s not like you’re really using it for much else, are you?
